John Glick is a physician, acupuncturist and humorist. He practiced family medicine in rural Shenandoah Valley for 10 years before opening the first acupuncture clinic in western Virginia in 1991. He serves on the board of directors of the Gesundheit! Institute.
John has traveled the United States and 40 countries throughout the world as a “humanitarian clown” visiting prisons, hospitals, nursing homes, orphanages, and refugee camps. He is father to Terra, who leads International clown humanitarian missions, and his 1 year-old son Mateo, a natural clown..
He is married to Nanny, a Peruvian clown/ballet teacher.
